[ This was definitely not what he'd planned. They were supposed to be here through Firialia and his gloves were supposed to be ready and he was supposed to have the theater cleared out for the venue, and none of it was possible anymore, so Taichi was calling while frantically running around his apartment, pushing furniture out of the way, and putting up as many of the Kaoru-approved decorations he has already purchased as he could in a rapid fire haphazard way that neither twin would likely approve of, but he had to go fast. And screaming in the phone for Hikaru because he better not be leaving without saying goodbye. The thought of that was somehow more terrifying than anything right now. He had to get the party ready so he at least had some reason to stick around for Taichi even if there probably wasn't really much reason if it was just Taichi but he didn't have time to get his self esteem stop him right now, he only had time to do his best. ]
