He's dressed in some of the new clothes he bought with Hikaru after Azula and Iroh disappeared, but his hair has grown drastically long, far faster than that extra short haircut they'd done not so long ago could have possibly grown in that time, so it'd markedly odd that he's able to pull it up in an unadorned but tidy topknot... but he can and he did. Dressed for the occasion. He's going out in public with Hikaru... He knows how this goes by now. ]
