[As Ken wanted to remark something back, he didn't know what to say. All he could do was to stare at Hikaru before giving a small frown.]
Then shall we get going to the stores? I'm sure there will be plenty of games around to keep you distracted.
[And yet, based on how Ken said his words, there was a hint of curiosity. He wondered what made him so antsy but he knew he had to be subtle. He didn't want to be snapped at again.]
Yeah, good idea. Are there any games you really want to try? I haven't had time to see what the gaming situation is like here. And I got all the time in the world now, I guess.
[He was always busy with Kaoru, trying to pick up their fashion or busy with Taichi.]
My job? [That beauty store job was ages ago (and he got fired) and Hikaru definitely can't remember it at the moment.] You mean the social influencer thing I've been doing? It does keep me busy. Actually, I planned on taking pictures while we were at the arcade but you know, other than that, the fashion line was keeping me busy but whatever, I'll figure something out.
[Because he can't keep doing it without Kaoru and he sighs.]

How the hell am I supposed to just accept that? [Hikaru's never had to face something quite this difficult. A rich pampered boy isn't privy to most struggles a regular person is and this is one of the things for Hikaru that he's never had to handle.]
People leave us so I should accept Kaoru is gone? He's my twin. We're born together so we leave together, we...[He frowns and he knows it isn't like that. Life's not always that fair.]
